I recently had some repair work done for some various items - the initial work met all the expectations that were set when I dropped off the car. A couple of weeks later I noticed a leak, and it turned out the part supplier had provided some faulty parts - the shop went above and beyond to be sure a new part was installed and I have not had any problems since - Great work!
I had my transmission rebuilt a month ago and could not be happier with the service and product I received. They explained every step of the process and showed me the parts they replaced when I picked up my car. Just went back for my recheck and everything is working great. Highly recommend this shop and will definitely go back for other automotive repairs as well.

Had to take my car in twice in the past month. Was extremely satisfied both times. Staff was very courteous, professional, and prompt. If I need service again I will certainly be back. Wish all auto shops were so professional.

Had my transmission done on one car and when I brought another one in when it was running bad was immediately diagnosed (no charge!) and up and running that day! We were one thousand miles from home when we discovered a squeaking noise coming from our engine. The car also kept stalling out. Frantic, we called East Charlotte AAMCO after finding them online. Boy, were we glad we did, because when we described the symptoms, they knew immediately what was wrong. They fit us in early the next morning, fixed everything beautifully, and we were back on the road. Everyone was so professional, skilled, helpful, and kind. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. This location was able to get me in and get my vehicle taken care for transmission work in one day. Highly recommend!
I work on my own stuff, 240sx, engine swaps, LS1 and 2JZ drift cars, etc. However my 08 Chevy Silverado needed it's auto transmission fluid flushed and filter changed. (Cheaper to have a shop use their oil flush pump) Got my truck back the same day and it made a 24 hour trip with no issues. Guy was busy but very respectful. 100% trustworthy and honest work for the right money. I'd rather pay a little extra to have the job done right. Saves money in the long run.
Customer Service was outstanding to say the least! very professional and all staff was honest and had the repairs done to my transmission the same day which was a couple of days before Christmas! Also the Cost for the repairs for the size of the job and being two days before Christmas was more than reasonable! I will definitely be returning myself and I would highly recommend family or friends to use this location!
Jon and his team are some outstanding folks! Very reasonable, more importantly, trustworthy. I would highly recommend this shop.
